About
Coolatai Suffolks was established in 2018 with the purchase of a ram and 6 ewes from Baringa Stud and 12 ewes from Oberon Suffolks. This year we have added another 10 ewes from Bowen Suffolks.
The stud Belongs to our children Jorja, Stephen and Matthew. It all started out as a birthday present for Matthew as he was obsessed with getting some sheep. Since then the Suffolks have become part of the family with everyone involved.

Suffolk Rams available for sale $660. All Rams are Brucellosis Accredited. They can be viewed prior to purchase at Mountain Valley Stud 1220 Coolatai Road, Coolatai, NSW 2402.

Coolatai Suffolks is a subsidiary business of Mountain Valley Stud.
Mountain Valley is a 4th Generation family run farm, carrying 400 stud and commercial Poll Hereford and Angus on 5159 acres in the North West slopes of NSW. We have an annual average rainfall of 26 inches. The stock run on natural pasture for the most part with oats being planted for winter feed and fattening.
Quality with Consistency is our number one goal in our seed stock operation for both cattle and sheep. We take a balanced approach to breeding, concentrating on producing a complete animal that ticks all the boxes.
